National Holiday
I just got a text message on my phone:
"Today is the National Holiday for the Mentally Disabled. Please take the time to forward this to a retarded person as I have done."

I'll wait for your initial reaction. It actually took me a moment to understand what had actually transpired, then started laughing. I'm wondering who I should send it to first. The first person that comes to mind doesn't have a cell phone, which is a pity because his reaction to this might be like mine.
Disclaimer: it is not funny to make fun of the mentally disabled, however it is really funny to make fun of your friends. Be responsible with your jokes.
