Wove, Twooth, and Beauty - the Bohemian Values
Today I took a little Value Inventory test that told me what virtures/values I value most (I want to say value just one more time). There is a list of values and they have you pick the top and bottom 5 first.
I chose (for my highest): Love, Wisdom, Aesthetics, Altruism and Morality/Justice. I couldn't decide on that last one. I chose (for my lowest): Wealth, Physical Appearence, Power, Recognition, and Skill.
Then they have you take the test which told me: Love, Wisdom, Morality, Altruism, and Justice (in that order) were my top 5 values. Pretty close to what I picked in the first place. Interesting stuff...
Tomorrow Becky leaves for DC. I'm excited for her and worried at the same time. Worried because it is such a long flight (I know she'll be fine) but really excited for her too. She actually has a layover in Denver for a little, right when I have class too. Stupid class!
Lemmie see, WoW was in the New York Times! (the article is in the WoW link). Oddly enough I like the term dork/nerd creed that they use, makes me feel proud to be a dork/nerd.
And, as always, Penny Arcade is a source of awesome in the world.
